In my previous podcast episode I talked about how career burnout is becoming an epidemic. But, today on the Intentional Leadership Podcast we are talking about managing our health and how it can prevent burnout.

The foundation to good health is nutrition. If you’re looking to create the best possible life for yourself, where optimum performance in your personal and professional life is the norm, you must take your nutrition seriously.

In our house my husband, Graham, is the chef and together we’ve created a few nutrition habits to help us eat right and power up our nutrition so that we have really great energy. So, I thought that I’d bring him on the podcast today to share a bit of his story and how he’s helping our family stay on track.
